Designed with mountain relaxation in mind, Whitebark boasts an open grill burning warmly in the middle of the room where guests can enjoy the backdrop of Executive Chef, Jeremy Graham, and his team working their craft–grilling hand-cut steaks, sautéing fresh fish and creating innovative appetizer plates. The cuisine is seasonal and wide-ranging. An extensive wine list, including vintages from the West Coast and a variety of international wines, complements the restaurant’s creative cuisine.
