TAKE DOWN / BAR TRANSFER -8am to 12pm moving supplies back to storage
This position might involves heavy lifting of 25 pounds or more. Tasks might involve Stage setup, Vip area setup, booth setup, and bar setup.
Pre-event poster and flyer distribution, post-event poster takedown
Hanging posters around the Eastern Sierra Nevada Businesses and Public Notice Boards.
Greeter / light security
Checking ID,s and stationing checkpoints. Checking for outside booze / wristbands; may be used for VIP area & backstage wristband checking
Supplies Pick up and Drop off at Village
Vehicle preferred, but not required.
VIP Area Assistance
VIP FOOD RUNNER 4:00-10PM
VIP AREA WRISTBANDS 4:30- 10PM
VIP AREA BARTEND 4:00-10:15pm
