Benefiting Wounded Warrior Center to be built in Mammoth Lakes

Choose from three breathtaking rides through the majestic Eastern Sierra.

 Suggested day rides include:

  • Rock Creek Lake (shorter ride) – with a suggested breakfast stop at Toms Place.

This ride will take you south along highway 395, Crowley Lake and up into the scenic Rock Creek Canyon where you will find granite peaks, aspen trees, creeks and alpine lakes. Stop at Tom’s Place for an early breakfast, but make sure to save room for lunch at the “Taste of the Sierra” when you return to the Village at Mammoth.

  • Benton Crossing, 120, June Lake and Mammoth Lakes Scenic Loop Poker Run (with Mayor of Mammoth Lakes)

This is an iconic ride past aqua blue lakes, waterfalls, and jagged mountains summits.  This is also a great wildlife viewing opportunity so ride carefully.  The Mayor of Mammoth Lakes may be leading the way on this one.

(We should have a link to the rules for the Poker Run)

  • Lembert Dome in Yosemite National Park

If you are looking for a longer, early morning ride, then you will want to experience parts of Yosemite National Park on two wheels… it’s a real treat.  Lembert Dome is an Iconic feature within the park, though not as famous as Half Dome or El Capitan, it is less crowded and has some short walks in which to stretch your legs.

Festivities for Mammoth Rocks begin in the Village at Mammoth at 2:00pm Saturday after the morning rides so make sure you are back in time for the music, food and fun.
